- The dipper well water must be turned on if scoops are stored inside. Alternatively, wash and sanitize ice cream scoops after each meal service/ ice cream portioning and store scoops in a clean location or store scoops in the freezer.

Note: New High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher unit has been installed. Unit: CMA Dishmachines, Model: CMA-180T. Unit is NSF certified as per unit data plate. No concerns noted.

- Ice machine, ice scoop, and food equipment appear maintained in a sanitary condition.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available throughout food prep areas.

- Kitchen staff wear hair nets and clean uniforms.
