Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): a) food in the walk in cooler, improper storage practices. Raw meat/ fish stored on top of ready to eat foods on a rolling rack.
b) Ice scoop found on cardboard box.
Corrective Action(s): a) rolling rack re organized so that raw foods are stored at the bottom.
b) ice scoop should be stored in a clean and separate container, not stored inside the ice machine.

b) some of the handles for the fridges and coolers are sticky
c) floor is oily and greasy. Manager explained that janitorial staff is also responsible for cleaning floors.
Corrective Action(s): for actions a,b and c - ensure that facility is cleaned regularly.
