Follow up to report MBEK-CUBUBW. In use knives observed to be stored in ice water. Hands sinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Cooler noted on previous inspection report was observed to be empty. Cooler not in use. Supervisor stated that premises was serviced by pest control on Friday, August 11, 2023; however, supervisor unable to locate copy of pest control report. Supervisor called pest control company during inspection in the presence of the Environmental Health Officer to obtain another copy of the report. Note: No proof of FOODSAFE registration was provided to the Environmental Health Officer since the last inspection on August 8, 2023. Supervisor stated that he believed staff had registered for FOODSAFE Level 1 at that time but they in fact did not. FOODSAFE requirements to be verified at the next inspection. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action (for example, issuance of violation ticket(s)). Refer to report MBEK-CUBUBW dated August 2, 2023 for information on FOODSAFE requirements.
