- All freezers measure -18C and below
- High temperature dishwasher measure 71C and above at plate level at final rinse
- Bleach in spray bottle measure 100ppm
- Temperature for coolers, freezers, dishwashers checked and logged daily.
- Instructor has valid FOODSAFE. Copy given to EHO for filing
- No signs of pests
- Food storage is good. Scoops stored separately, containers covered, labelled, and dated
