Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser, spray bottles, and sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm.
Prep coolers, stand-up cooler, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Ice cream freezer, walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Scoops observed to be outside food in containers. Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition.
Overall sanitation satisfactory.

NOTE: Ensure that all cooling units are at 4C or lower. Ensure daily cleaning and sanitizing underneath equipment and exhaust hood.
