Follow-up inspection for report# KLAI-CMZVZR
200 PPM chlorine residual detected in 2 sanitizer spray bottles.
Missing light shield above the food preparation area by the storage room has now been replaced.
Areas noted requiring sanitary attention has now been cleaned and are now in a sanitary condition.
Did not observe items not suitable for foood (e.g. newspaper) being used to wrap cabbage in the refrigerator units.
High temperature dish machine has been fixed. Able to reach 72.8C at the plate level and 180F at the rinse temperature gauge during the rinse cycle. Correction Order has now been rescinded. Operator may now resume operation as normal and use for-here plates for dine-in patrons.

Note: During the inspection, observed flats of raw eggs stored on the top shelf in an upright refrigerator unit, above produce. Told staff to re-arrange the eggs and store on the bottom shelf, away from cooked and ready-to-eat food. Please address this immediately.
