- Routine inspection conducted.
- Hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
- Two-compartment sink, food preparation sink, and mop sink had hot/cold running water and were maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Quat-based food contact surface sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from dispenser and in spray bottles. Test strips available for monitoring. *Ensure to store wiping cloths in sanitizer solution in between uses.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached above 71C at the dish surface during final rinse. Good.
- Coolers measured 4C or less.
- Freezer measured -18C or less.
- Hot-held food items (bulgogi beef and rice) measured 60C or hotter.
- Reviewed reheating and hot-holding procedures - OK.
- Temperature logs available and well-maintained. Accurate thermometers available onsite.
- Good food storage practices noted. All food stored properly covered.
- Dry storage areas satisfactory.
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation good.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Pest control is in place.
