Facility imports and exports herbs and/or herbal products. Facility is only leasing Unit C of the building currently. Unit D is no longer leased - walk-in cooler is no longer in facility. Products do not require refrigeration. Products are stored above ground on the main floor - ensure products on the upper level is stored above ground. Repackaging is only done if products arrive in damaged bags. No obvious signs of pests at time of visit. Pest control company visits monthly - ensure all entry points are sealed. Washroom - hot and cold running water, liquid handsoap and paper towel in dispensers are available **No re-portioning of products is allowed. Note: Operator is exporting products to other provinces. It is mentioned there is a licence with CFIA. Please provide a copy to the undersigned.
