Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3-compartment sink method does not have a sanitization step. 3rd compartment sink has only potable water without addition of disinfectants.
Corrective Action(s): 3rd compartment sink must have at least 100ppm chlorine to disinfect equipment and utensils. Operator corrected at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One employee currently present working without FoodSafe certifcate.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least one employee has FoodSafe certificate at all times. Operator stayed within the facility until the evening employee with Foodsafe is here. Operator will enroll employees into Foodsafe. Corrected at the time of inspection.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Touchless payment in place. Takeout only at this time. NOTE: Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Dishwasher not in use. Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm.
All cold-holding and hot-holding units met health requirements.


Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
