Routine inspection.
Environmental health officer met with operator during time of inspection.
Note: There is no retail outlet located onsite.

Operator has informed that meat for human consumption is prepared in small batches. This is usually done 3-4 times a week.
Pet food is also being produced onsite.
All pet food production is done separately.
Bleach is being used for the sanitizing of facility between all preparation.
Bleach is available for sanitizing of all food contact surfaces.
All coolers are less than 1c.
Walkin freezer is at -18c.
Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Note: No meat for human consumption was found onsite.
No pest control issues noted during time of inspection.

The following requires operators attention:
1. Ensure to provide a list of all pet food ingredients.
2. Ensure to provide copies of all labels for pet food.
3. Ensure to document dates of preparation and packaging of all food items.
