Comments

A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -22C or colder; and thermometers present.
- Personal foods are clearly separated from business food in coolers and freezers. Good job.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles present, [Cl2] was 200ppm. Test strips present and used.
- 3-comp sink ware washing occurring. [Cl2] in 3rd sink was 200ppm.
- All foods store in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and all foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or platforms.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. Improvement observed on the walls and surfaces around the front hand washing sink.
- Premises is more organized and less cluttered, good job. Work on de-cluttering the room where the hot water tank is found.
- Valid FoodSafe certified staff present. Certificates posted.

ACTION
- Clean up old rodent droppings found on the lower cupboards in the front service area. Sanitize all surfaces that may of come into contact with the droppings. Monitor these areas for any new signs of activity.
