Inspection report: 252733 Met with owner, Catherine Williams, and discussed the daily cleaning and sanitation and the following: - daily cleaning schedules are up to date / 2x day/ kid's play area and public washrooms are done more that twice a day - weekly cleaning schedules / night cleaning closing schedules/ party room cleaning - available - Hard surfaces sanitizer/ is premixed solution based on Quats/ " SIGNET" - ensure that test strip are available for daily monitoring / and water temperature need to reached at min 22C at the source/ - all prepackaged food items/ slushy machine is cleaned daily - discussed the " communicable disease prevention plan" Future suggestion: during the private party - ensure to have Food safe trained staff if any food has been served at the time
