Correction: Ensure open air cooler is below 4 Degrees Celsius to ensure microbial growth is prevented. Change the setting of the cooler to ensure it is below 4 Degrees Celsius and avoid stacking up of products to ensure adequate air flow.

MEAT GRINDER IS MAINTAINED IN A SANITARY CONDITION.

RODENT DROPPINGS HAVE BEEN CLEANED UP .
