Well maintained and operated. Sanitation is excellent. Refrigeration measures <4°C, with the noted exception. Hot-holding measures >60°C. Freezer temperatures measure <-18°C.
Spray sanitizers & wiping cloth sanitizers measure 200 ppm Q. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measured 78°C. No recommendations.
