Follow up inspection:
-100 ppm chlorine residual was available at the plate after the dishwasher final rinse.
-Chlorine test strips were available near the dishwasher.
-A log for monitoring the chlorine residual after the dishwasher final rinse was in place for the morning shift and evening shift.
-Handsinks were adequately supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Signage was present to remind employees to restock handsinks with liquid soap and paper towels once empty.
-Ice scoop was stored in a clean container and a sign was available on the ice machine to remind employees to store the ice scoop in a clean container between use.

The only outstanding issue from the routine inspection is that shatterproof covers still need to be provided for the lights in the back hallway area; Correct by the second week of January.
