Observation: 0ppm chlorine detected in final rinse of the bar glass washer.
Correction: Re sanitize all glassware using the kitchen dishwasher

Main kitchen monitoring logs have been updated to include the bar glasswasher.
Glasswasher repaired and dispensing sanitizer at approx 75ppm chlorine in final rinse
Fan covers and ceiling cleaned in walk in cooler
Wire rack shelving unit replaced in walk in cooler
Underside of shelving above grill cleaned
Wall damage above dishwasher repaired. Stainless steel installed.
Missing ceiling tiles replaced in kitchen. Adjacent ceiling return vents cleaned
