Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Identical spray bottles of bleach sanitizer and water were both unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): All spray bottles must be labelled to identify their contents to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Spray bottles were labelled at the time of inspection. Spray bottles will need to be relabelled as needed.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to February 06, 2020. Public Health Act Correction Order was issued to cease usage of reusable dishware and utensils for customer service. Facility was adhering to the conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order at the time of inspection.
-High temperature dishwasher has been replaced and had a final rinse temperature of 74C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Front display cooler has been serviced and was at 4C. Continue to monitor cooler throughout the day and service as needed.
-Sanitizer spray bottles were located in the bakery area and front coffee machine area. Bleach sanitizer was tested at 100ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Foods stored off the floor at the time of inspection.
*Proper manual warewashing in the 3-compartment sink requires sanitizer levels sufficient to completely immerse the largest piece of equipment. Immersion is required to allow for proper contact time with the sanitizing agent.
-Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order issued on February 06, 2020 have been satisfied. Public Health Act Correction Order has been rescinded. Facility may resume the use of reusable dishware and utensils for customer service.
