Follow up inspection conducted: -Paper towel dispenser has been relocated and is no longer over the ice cream cones. For next routine inspection, obtain a cover for the cones. -operator has provided sanitation procedures for the ice cream machine. Parts that can be disassembled are washed/rinsed/sanitized in the 2 comp sink, and the main hopper itself is sanitized by running sanitizer solution through the line. -Operator has valid FoodSafe certificate -Ice cream scoops to be sanitized in the 2 comp sink after each use as dipper well is currently not on.
