Rodent droppings found on top of take out container. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Take away containers discarded at time of inspection. . Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas affected by rodent droppings Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area. Use sanitizer solution for cleaning. . Violation Score: 5

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas affected by rodent droppings Remove all dishes and equipment from lower shelves until rodent infestation is eliminated. Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area. Inspect facility for points of entry for pests. Seal any holes. Have traps set. Follow recommendations advised by Pest Control Technician . Violation Score: 15

Comments

Facility needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. All items on floor need to be removed and floor needs to be cleaned. There is evidence of rodent droppings throughout facility. Although owner claims facility was cleaned thoroughly it does not appear that the facility has been cleaned. More cleaning required throughout.
