-Triumph Food equipment services LTD receipt was obtained. Copy will need to be submitted to Environmental Health Officer.
-Operator was not closed and not in compliance with closure order issued
-Dishwasher maintains above 71C temperature dishwasher, but the water must heat up before this occurs.
-Dish sink is still leaking water
-Previous violations have not been corrected from previous 2 reports: Fume hood is not cleaned, fish tank is not cleaned, freezer has not been fixed, dishwashing sink is still leaking
-Dishwasher is not backing up fluid after a few runs of the dishwasher. Corrected at time of inspection.
