- Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Observed handwashing by staff on duty prior to serving food.
- Bistro area maintained in sanitary condition
- In use wiping cloth stored in bleach sanitizer solution. Concentration measured 200ppm chlorine.
- Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present in spray bottle. Ensure quats is not mixed/used with bleach solution.
- Dishes for bistro are washed and sanitized in main kitchen dishwasher

Temperature Controls:
- 3 door cooler 2C
- Display cooler 4C - only display items and beverages stored inside
- Single door reach in cooler (storage room) 2C
- Single door reach in freezer (storage room) -21C
- Hot holding unit 68C - no food in unit at time of inspection. Hot dogs are generally made to order unless there is a tournament.
Note: 2 door undercounter cooler not plugged in/not in use.

- No signs of pest activity noted at time of the inspection. Pest control contract in place for entire facility.
- Foodsafe requirement met at time of the inspection.

Inspection observations reviewed with Food Service Manager and a copy of the report was provided.
