Observation: Rodent droppings observed in back food prep area and underneath bar handsink. Rodent foot prints can be seen on plastic container lids in back area. Back area recently resealed; pest report provided.
Corrective Action(s):
- All areas with rodent droppings must be cleaned as soon as they are found with a 1:10 bleach solution (1 cup bleach: 10 cups water)
- All contaminated foods must be discarded
- Foods must be placed in rodent proof containers
- Continue to seal any holes in the building where rodents can enter

- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats
- large measuring cup with handle used to ladle dosa batter into small bowl; small bowl then poured onto griddle - both measuring cup and small bowl must be washed, rinsed and sanitized every four hours
