Comments

- Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- All coolers were at 4C or colder
- All freezers were at -18C or colder
- High-temperature dishwasher achieved greater than 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle
- Sanitizer solution available in spray bottle at 200 ppm chlorine (bleach) - OK
- Most food items in coolers/freezers were covered. Some items were being cooled - ensure to cover at end of day.
- Rice was cooling on countertops in shallow tubs - OK. Reminder that hot food must be cooled from 60C to 20C within 2 hours, then from 20C to 4C within the next 4 hours.
- Dry storage area satisfactory

- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
