Comments

- Mouse droppings have been cleaned up from areas identified in routine inspection; however additional droppings and hole noted in dry storage room at time of inspection. No food is stored in this room; only packaging.
- Ceiling tiles have been put back in place.
- Shift Supervisor noted she has seen a decrease in activity and has been checking daily. Pest Control Technician was on-site 11-Apr-2019 and reported low activity in report. *Ensure Pest Control Technician records how many mice have been caught so that it can be determined if activity is declining.

PENDING ISSUES:
Code 305 - Electrical access box is still exposed. Gap in wall needs to be sealed and cover put in place over access to prevent harbourage/entrance by mice. Hole noted in corner of dry storage room wall (near floor) must be sealed/covered. Continue to monitor for any new holes and seal/cover immediately.
Code 304 - Ongoing rodent activity. Mouse droppings noted in dry storage room to be cleaned. Continue to monitor for activity and clean up droppings immediately. Maintain Pest Control Contract and follow all recommendations of Pest Control Technician. Numerous flies still present in back dishwashing/storage area. Have Pest Control Technician install fly light to address issue. Ensure any spills are cleaned up immediately.
