- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All food items stored on wooden pallets in the warehouse storage room.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Pest control company inspects monthly. Ensure to follow the recommendations from the pest control company.
- Clear clutter.

Temperature Control:
- Walk in freezer (storage) = -18C
- Walk in cooler (storage) = 3C
- Two chest freezers = < -18C. These freezers are only used to store items to be discarded.
- Temperature is monitored electronically and manually.
- Temperature logs available on site. Records show no deficiencies with temperature of cooler/freezer.
