Follow up inspection conducted General cleaning in the kitchen area and walk-in cooler has been complete. However, more thoroughly cleaning is needed between equipment. Due to the amount of cooking and food preparation that takes place, thoroughly daily and weekly cleaning is needed. No mice droppings were noted at the time of inspection. Operator is maintain a bi-weekly contract with pest control company. Copy of pest reports are to be kept on-site. The report must indicate the level of pest problem and corrective actions that needs to be taken to rectify the pest problem. As noted on the pest report, rodent proof the side exit door to the kitchen.
