The following items need to be submitted before we can approved the new additional kitchen:
- new floor/ updated / for main kitchen
- menu / food items/ revised food safety plan
- add corrective action on the daily logs ( temperature daily log, cleaning and sanitization logs including concentration )
- clear separation between food preparation/ cooking area vs food processing/ food other / brewery area
- separate food storage area from brewery in the walk in cooler
