Routine Inspection Conducted: - Hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels - QUATS sanitizer buckets with wiping cloths at 200 ppm - Prep coolers and walk in cooler at 4C or below - Walk in freezer and prep freezers at -18 C or below - Temperature records are available and maintained daily - High temperature dishwasher reached temperature of 72.2 C at plate level during final rinse cycle - In use utensils are stored in ice or under running cold water - Ice machine is maintained in sanitary condition - Food stored off ground, protected from contamination and labelled - No pest activity observed during the inspection.
