Corrective Action(s): Replace the inner liner/bowl of the rice cooker or replace the entire rice cooker to prevent contaminating rice with pieces of teflon.

Observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were less than -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding units were 60 degrees Celsius or higher.
Food storage and display practices are good.
Storage areas are generally organized.
Food handler hygiene appeared satisfactory.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
General sanitation was good.
Quats sanitizer was 200ppm.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
No signs of pests.

Note:
High temperature dishwasher is still out of order and awaiting removal from the premise. Utensils are washed and sanitized using 3-compartment method.
