Routine Inspection - hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. The hand sink and wall joint near the dry storage area re caulked. - All cooler ambient air temperature at or below 4 degree Celsius. Clean the walk in cooler fan grill. - walk in freezer ambient air temperature below -17 degree Celsius. The walk in freezer underwent a defrost cycle. - Dishwasher final rinse has 50 ppm Cl. (dishwasher temporarily converted to chemical sanitizer cycle.) - temperature logs in place - General sanitation good at the time of inspection - food safe trained staff available - pest control in place - wooden and steel prep table joint cleaned and caulked.
