Follow up inspection:
-Cleaning improvements had been made to the following areas: ceiling tiles above the prep. area, storage racks, lids of dry storage bins, faucets, floor corners, back wall, ventilation hood and equipment below the cook line. Ensure to continue with regular cleaning to maintain the food premises in a clean condition and prevent accumulation of debris.
-Unclean cardboard boxes had been removed from the back door area.
-Wooden panels had been removed from the storage rack and walk-in-cooler.
-Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was labelled.
-Handsinks in the kitchen were accessible and properly supplied.
-Operator informed they have been monitoring the dishwasher final rinse chlorine sanitizer with chlorine test strips each day.
-Operator on shift held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training (expiration date: April 1, 2024). It was reviewed that the Operator is to renew his FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course training prior to the expiration date.
