Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer measured over 200 ppm chlorine bleach.
Corrective Action(s): Corrected. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at safe and effective concentrations for food contact surfaces and equipment (e.g. 100 to 200 ppm chlorine bleach). This is a repeat violation. Obtain chlorine test strips to verify concentration.

Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Preparation sink functional.
Three compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water and built in drain stoppers. Built in drain stoppers serviced since last inspection. In addition, drain plugs also available.
Manual warewashing procedures reviewed. Bleach available on site.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
