[s. 14(2)] (Food temperatures in the kitchen fridge and the dry storage fridge were measured at 7+ C. Food temperatures must always be maintained below 4 C. The staff member on duty in the kitchen at the time of inspection identified herself as the cook and was unable to explain what temperature food should be stored at in the fridge, and was unable to correctly read the thermometer located in the fridge.)
