Follow up to inspection report PKUR-CEASNH.

Operator provided pH and water activity results for pizzalee and ham&cheese croissant. Based on results, these items are a potentially hazardous food requiring refrigeration or time/temperature control.
These products may be displaced or held at service between 4-60 C for no more than 4 hours, after which they must be discarded.
Clearly mark the time at which the foods were removed from temperature control and with the time which they must be discarded. Use a timer and log sheet for this.

High temperature registering thermometer obtained and used for verifying dishwasher temperatures. Logs available. Good job!
Quats in spray bottles registered at 200 ppm.

Keep up the good work.
