Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Top row of cheese packages measured to be at 11C.
Corrective Action(s): All cheese except the final row was relocated to working cooler. Do not overstock cheese in the pizza station head cooler as its not strong enough to cool the food on the top row.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean and sanitize all above areas and monitor for pest activity.

Observation: 1) Beer tap screw heads observed to have multiple flies congesting around it.
2) Unresolved recommendations in the pest control reports noted.
Corrective Action(s): Operator sanitized the screw heads. Ensure to clean the screw heads once at least ever four hours to remove potential pest attractant. - Operator aware Pizza station head cooler is not very strong therefore only keeps pre-packaged cheese in there and nothing else. However, due the the proximity of the pizza oven, the head cooler should only be filled with 1 row of cheese packages.
- Sanitation spray bottle stocked with smartpower sanitizer
- No hot holding at the time of inspection
- Low temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlorine on dish surface
- Glassware washer had a final rinse of 12.5 ppm iodine on glass surface
- Food kept off floor level, in pest proof containers
- Food labeled and FIFO in coolers
