Observation: 1. *REPEAT* (Since Nov 2022) Build up of food debris observed under shelving. Shelving is suspended on soft drink crates and does not allow for easy cleaning.
2. No garbage receptacle for front of house hand washing station.
3. Back storage area cluttered with recyclable items.
4 Heavily soiled clothes observed stored on counters.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Properly install shelving so bottom of shelves can be easily cleaned.

All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.

Pre-made pizza (dough and pizza sauce) stored at room temperature in wheeled bakery rack beside pizza prep station and oven
Stored at room temperature for lunch rush only; after 2 hours, pizza is to be stored covered in walk-in cooler
