Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cut vegetables and soaked rice cake stay in room temperature for more than 2 hours. internal temperature of those items are 15 - 17 deg. C
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Food discarded. Make sure potentially hazardous food stored in the cooler at 4 deg. C or lower. During rush hours, get small portion in the room temperature and discard after 2 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher tested no chlorine residual.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Fix the pipe of sanitizer to make sure chlorine is injected to the dishwasher. All food contact utensils must be re-cleaned and sanitized.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff not wash hand when changing duty.
Corrective Action(s): Correction: Food handlers must wash their hands with liquid soap and warm water every time when they change the duty.

Observation: (A) Fish tank and the water pipe is not clean. Mold and algae found on the pipe.
(B) Scoops for flour and rice are buried under the food in the container.
Corrective Action(s): (A) Correction: Clean the tank and pipe at least once a month to get rid of mold and algae.
(B) Correction: Store all the scoops in a designated container outside the food container to prevent from cross-contamination.

Corrective Action(s): Correction: For the canopy and cooking line, it must be cleaned thoroughly every week.

-Sanitizer bucket 100 ppm (chlorine)
-All coolers are 4 deg. C or less.
-All freezers are -18 deg. C or less.
-No pest activity observed
-Chlorine residual level must be tested every day for dishwasher. Change the sanitizer solution hose every 4 months at least.
