-noodles 14 deg C
-seaweed 15 deg C

Air temperature at 15 deg C

Operator is aware of the malfunctionning fridge as the daily temperature checks were not taken for the last 2 days for this unit, however potentially hazardous foods were continually stored there!

A repairman is scheduled to come in later today as per operator.
Corrective Action(s): Operator is to close the premise immediately.
