Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-AYTSLT:

- All ready to eat sweets (ie gur) stored in containers with proper lids.
- Scoops are free of dirt or food build up. Ensure to wash and sanitize all scoops every week. This must be part of an updated sanitation plan.
- General sanitation has improved in the specific areas noted in the previous report.
- The operator has started daily temperature logs. Ensure to record the actual temperature reading from the thermometers.
- Ensure to provide working thermometers in ALL refrigeration units.
