- Handsink supplied hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Coolers were operating at 4C or colder: - Beverage coolers 3-4C - 2 door packaged sandwich cooler 4C - Sliding door grocery cooler 4C - 2 door produce/flower cooler 2C - Thermometers present in coolers with potentially hazardous foods. - Freezers were maintaining products in a frozen state. Temperatures of units were -11C to -21C - Food stored off of the floor on shelving - Drip coffee present. Single use disposable cups present. Bleach used to sanitize coffee pots. - No pest activity noted at time of the inspection. Glue traps present for monitoring. Front door is kept closed to prevent/limit potential pest entry *Ensure clutter is minimized to prevent pest issues.
