Observation: Tapioca pearls and other foods were stored in boxes directly on the ground.
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue this practice, store all food 6"/ 30 cm off the ground at all times.

Comments

Note: As noted in the last inspection report, the sale of fresh fruits and vegetables is no longer being proposed.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C, with the exception of the front display cooler which was at 13 C (used for whole fruit only).
All freezers were < -18 C.
Quats sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 200 ppm.
Bleach is used at the 3-compartment sink.
No evidence of pests.
