- Walk-in cooler wall has been cleaned/disinfected and now in sanitary condition. GOOD.
- Tools in drawers maintained clean.
- Handwashing station serviced. Final parts to be installed this Friday. Please notify the health inspector once complete.

NOTE: Floor mats for walk-in cooler on order. GOOD.
