General sanitation - satisfactory. Handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. Walk-in cooler at 3.4 C. Prep. cooler at 4.0 C. Beverage cooler at 4.0 C. Freezers (walk in, under-counter) - satisfactory. Dishwasher at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution. Food items stored in plastic insert containers with lids and labeled. Hot holding unit >= 60 C. Wall-mounted dispenser near the mop sink - calibrated & dispensed 200 pp of Quat sanitizer. Surface sanitizer (spray) - available (Quat 200 ppm). Dry storage area - organized. Fan hood - satisfactory. No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Pest control system in place. Note: Under grill cooler is still turned off .The cooler is empty at the time of inspection (not in use).
