Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations were fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. General sanitation is excellent. All coolers measured at 4C or below. All freezers measured at -18C or below. Hot holding (rice) at 60C or higher. Temperature log available and up-to-dated. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 78.4C at the plate level. Two compartments sink available for manual dishwashing. QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips. Ice machine in sanitary condition. In use utensil storage practice is adequate. Dry item storage practice (e.g., take out containers) is adequate. Appropriate thawing procedure observed. No sign of recent pest activity observed at this time. Please contact your district health inspector for any questions regarding this report.
