Food Safe certificates obtained before 2013 will expire this July (5 year expiry date). Card regarding the online refresher course given to operator.
Coolers are at 4 C or colder - good.
Hand washing station in the front area and staff washroom have liquid soap and paper towels. Non-latex gloves are also available.
Dipper well is available for scoops and chlorine sanitizer also used (200ppm).
Equipment to make ice cream is washed, rinsed, sanitized using 200ppm available chlorine, and air dried. If > 200ppm chlorine, use a potable water rinse. Follow directions on the label.
No raw eggs.
Hot beverages and scooped ice cream only.
Dishwasher has a final sanitizing rinse - >71 C measured inside of the machine - good.
Clean floor along floor /wall junctions.
