Observation: -salt, pepper, and vinegar dispensers on the guest tables contrary to Worksafe Covid guidelines
-operator is disinfecting the dispensers with Zaal Disinfectant, label requires a fresh water rinse if used on a food contact surface
-in service utensils (batter tongs) stored at ambient temperature, dried batter on implements
Correction: -remove the dispensers immediately
-discussed the FHA Infoshare "Storage of in use Utensils"; store the utensils on crushed ice
-discontinue the use of Zaal Disinfectant UNLESS the surface is thoroughly rinsed with fresh water
