Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Hot-holding temperatures within requirement.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
NOTE: Salad bar on defrosting cycle, operating at 7.9'C at this time. Ensure to monitor temperatures after the cycle is done- as well as prior to next shift.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles and in buckets to hold wiping cloths.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.9'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-Back storage area/front bar area satisfactory. Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
-Professional pest control company contracted for regular visits. No evidence of pest activity observed.
