Routine Inspection conducted today.
Inspection conducted when services have closed. Facility serves breakfast and ends at 9:00am.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottle at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 80.5 final rinse temperature at plate level.
Stand-up cooler measured at 2.8C. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C. Domestic stand-up cooler/freezer combo measured at 4C and -18C respectively. Juice dispenser compartment measured at 4C. No hot-holding at the time of inspection.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
