Some mouse droppings noted in one corner of the dry storage room. They may be old. Remove droppings, monitor and provide pest control if activity is found. New kitchen handsink installed. General sanitation is satisfactory. Paint the walls and ceiling. Obtain sleeves to cover the florescent ceiling lights. Store clean clothes used for covering food in a clean container.
