Observation: OBserved mold built-up of walk-in cooler. Observed dust build-up on the fan guard in the walk-in cooler.

Observation: No staff on-site have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate. Operator presented FOODSAFE Level 1 course enrollment invoice at the time of inspection that will be taken on July 4, 2022.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least one staff on-site have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate at all times. Corrected by: July 4, 2022.

Observation: Observed built-up of food debris along the guard of the meat slicer. Observed built-up of food debris on the guard and blade of the potato dicer.
Correction: Disassemble aforementioned items. Clean and sanitize aforementioned items. Meat slicer and potato dicer must be cleaned and sanitized after each-use. Corrected by: June 23, 2022.

Follow-up Inspection conducted for report#JCHY-CFLTX4.
The following violations in report#JCHY-CFLTX4 have been corrected:
-No potentially hazardous foods observed to be stored at room temperature for more than 2 hours. All food used for lunch rush that is stored at room temperature are used up within 2 hours. Ensure sauces are under ice if it is out at room temperature during lunch rush.
-Kitchen side of the walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Potentially hazardous foods in the walk-in cooler stored at 4C.
-Potato dicer observed to be in satisfactory condition. Operator informed new potato dicer is purchased. Ensure to disassemble, wash, and sanitize equipment after each-use or after 4 hours of continuous use. Meat slicer in sanitary condition. Ensure to dissassemble, wash, and sanitize the blade and behind the guards.
-Handsink was observed to be unobstructed.
-Exhaust hood vent observed to be in sanitary condition.
-Operator enrolled 4 staff in FOODSAFE Level 1 online course. Invoice presented. Operator will take the course on July 4, 2022.
-All food observed to be covered with food-grade plastic wrap or lid. Underneath the 2-compartment sink area observed to be improved in sanitation.
-Behind the chest freezers observed to improve in sanitation.


Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
